Book a call
Not a sales call, a working conversation. The first twenty minutes are free.
This is not a sales call. It is a working conversation.
The first twenty minutes are free, and they are genuinely useful on their own. Plenty of people get what they needed in that twenty minutes and go away and do it themselves. That is a good outcome and I would rather that happened than sell you something you did not need.
What happens on the call
No preparation, no documents, no tour. You describe your space, your service or the thing that is bothering you, and I ask the questions that surface what has not been looked at.
By the end you will have:
- A plain answer on whether you need an audit at all, and sometimes that answer is no
- The first few changes that cost nothing, named specifically rather than as "improve signage"
- A sense of which of the six domains your problem actually sits in, which is often not the one you thought
If you want to carry on past twenty minutes, that is the £50 access clinic and it runs for forty-five, with a short written note afterwards. All the prices are published.
How the call runs
Video with live captions. I am profoundly deaf, and captions are what make the conversation work properly for both of us. Zoom, Teams, Meet, whatever you already use.
I do not take phone calls. Not a preference. A phone conversation is not something I can do accurately, and you would not get a good service from one.
If video does not suit you, we do it in writing instead and you get the same thing. Some people much prefer this, and it makes a better record.
Getting in touch
Email is the way, for now:
dean@deanfrankreynolds.co.uk
Open that in your email app, or copy the address above.
A booking form and a few other ways to reach me are being added shortly. Until then an email is genuinely the fastest route, and it comes straight to me rather than to an inbox somebody checks on Fridays.
What to put in the message
None of this is required. It just means the first reply is useful rather than a list of questions.
- Who you are and what the organisation does
- Whether this is about a building, a website or both
- What prompted it. Feedback, a refurbishment, a funding requirement, a nagging feeling
- Roughly what you can spend, if you know. It is fine if you do not
- Anything that makes a conversation work better for you
What happens next
- I reply, usually within two working days, and say whether I think I am the right person.
- If I am, we put twenty minutes in the diary.
- After the call you get a short note of what came up, including the free fixes, whether or not you go any further.
